Write to us and we remove your EduHear account together with everything we hold for it.
Send the request from the electronic address that the account is registered with. That address is how we know the request is yours: we hold no other name for you, so we cannot act on a request that comes from another address — we would be deleting somebody else's account.
You do not have to say why. The word “delete” is enough.
The application keeps its own copy of the training record on your device. We cannot reach that copy: remove the application, or clear its data, and the copy goes with it. Without an account the application goes on working in full.
We answer without undue delay and at the latest within one month of the request, as Article 12(3) of the GDPR requires. We write to you when the account is gone.
